St. Joan of Arc is the patroness of soldiers and of France. She was born in the village of Domremy, France on January 6, 1412. Her parents were pious and Joan grew up loving the Lord. From and early age she claimed to hear St Michael, St Catherine and St Margaret. The messages were personal and general.
